All About Espanola

The Town of Espanola is located approximately 70km west of downtown Sudbury, and just south of the junction of Highways 6 & 17. 


The Town is located on the Canadian Shield in an area also known as the LaCloche Mountain Foothills. Espanola is situated amongst pristine lakes, old growth forests and is the regional retail and service hub. 


The town is a family-orientated, friendly community with a population of 5,185 (2021 census).

The Town Council is comprised of a Mayor, Deputy Mayer and five Councillors.
